During mobile investigative activity, you will monitor the base stations radio coordinate and relay information between agents when radio transmissions are hampered respond to requests by agents for investigative information which may be of an urgent nature and utilize personally developed contacts from other law enforcement agencies, state government agencies, etc., to obtain the required information. In addition, you will compile reports on the progress of various cases, seizures and arrests, and perform a variety of clerical duties for the office and the agents, including typing, receiving and screening mail, and acting as the office timekeeper.Mission Support SpecialistYou will coordinate and perform a wide variety of administrative and management services essenti al to the operations of the office (including, but not limited to, management and information systems, telecommunications, budget, finance, procurement, human resources, training, logistics, property, space, records and files, printing and graphics, mail, travel, and office equipment) and serve as an advisor to management on assigned administrative matters. In addition, you will conduct or participate in the evaluation of administrative programs, systems and methods and identify ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of these services at the local level. You will also represent the office in dealings with vendors and organizations within the agency that have primary responsibility for these services.Technical Enforcement OfficerYou will participate with criminal investigators and other law enforcement officers in active criminal investigations and apply advanced investigative techniques to gather evidence and intelligence that facilitates the prosecution of violations of c riminal laws of the United States. You will have an extensive working knowledge in the use, instruction, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and integration of the full range of electronic surveillance devices including but not limited to telephone, video, audio, tracking, Radio Frequency (RF) technologies and associated unique surveillance systems.
